Shipping policy

We aim to ship all units from the UK within 24 hours from order. We rely on Royal Mail and Post Office services in the UK to ship all Caps N Lock® orders.

UK shipping times are typically 1-3 working days subject to the time we receive the order.

International shipping times can be unreliable. We like to believe that 14 days is more than enough time to ship a small parcel around the world however some orders have taken 25 days to arrive in the USA.
